What is myHospital?
MyHospital is a connect and communication service that provides healthcare professionals and staff unlimited access to hospitals throughout the United States. The mobile application provides, full hospital details, driving directions, direct dialing to all floors and departments within each hospital, and Instant Messaging all users within a member group.
How do I install app on device?

How do I register for an account?
Setting up an account is easy. Download the app on your device through the app store on your device or getmyhospital.com. Once that is complete you may sign up through the app and click, “Register for free.” It will then take you to the main dashboard.
How do I edit my profile?
Download the application from the app store, then register by clicking, “Register for free.” Once you are logged in, you will see the main dashboard. Click “My Account” then “edit” which is located in the top right corner. This will allow you to change any personal details that you may have.
How can I change my profile picture?
Download the application from the app store, then register by clicking, “Register for free.” Once you are logged in, you will see the main dashboard. Click “My Account” and in the top left corner, you will see a picture icon where you can upload a photo from your library, or you may take a new one.
Who can view my profile?
The only people who can view your profile, are people who you may have in your groups. If you are only an individual user, nobody else can view any of your information.

In the phone application, you can leave us feedback by clicking “Feedback” on the main dashboard, choose your subject heading, write your feedback then submit it to us. You may also call us directly at 888-243-2498, text or email.

How do I create a group?
To create a group on myHospital, you must download the application and register. If you need to set up a group, please call us directly.. We are currently working on a new feature, where you can set up your own groups.
How do I add a colleague to my group?
To add another member, please call us directly. We will have an "invite feature" coming shortly.
Is there a limit on how many people can enter into one group?
No, there is no limit of how many people can be in one group.
How many groups can I have?
There is no limit on how many groups you can become a member in.
What devices can I use to download the myHospital phone application?
All versions of Android and Iphone's are available, as well as Ipad's.
Where can I purchase the myHospital phone application?
Myhospital is available in the apple store and google play. There are various membership options available at our website www.getmyhospital.com
What is the price of a myHospital membership?
There is a basic version, which has limited access to one hospital for free.
What is offered in a membership service?
For the free version, you are limited to only one hospital.
How many hospitals can I subscribe to?
Basic version allows you to subscribe to one hospital.
Advanced version allows you to subscribe to five hospitals.
Premiere version allows you to subscribe to ten hospitals.
Enterprise version allows you to have an unlimited amount of hospitals.
How can I instant message?
Go to my groups, then choose member/members that you would like to message. If that person is available to chat, there will be a box next to their name. Click the box, then proceed to send an instant message.
Can I instant message a member if they are not logged in?
Can I instant message if I am not in a group?
No. Please call us to set you up. We are currently working on a new feature where you can add your own group members.
Can I picture message?
No, not yet. It will become a new feature very soon.
