Thank you for asking about the messaging function in the MyHospital® App.
To message a colleague, you will have to go to the My Messages tab in the app and click on the plus sign at the top right hand side of the screen. There you will be able to add any members of your team as recipients of the message/s you’d like to send.
Another way to add a team member is to click on a pre-existing thread with another member of your team and click on the plus sign next to the text box. You will get a prompt asking you to add a member to the current thread.
If you are unable to send a message to a team member, please double-check your membership status because the “Teams” and “My Messaging” functions are only available to Premier members. Your membership can be upgraded at any point by going to settings (gear symbol in upper left hand corner) and clicking the Account button and selecting the My Membership tab.
