Kayla,

Thank you for asking about the MyHospital® App. If you have a Basic membership plan, you have one free hospital to start with as your main hospital. If you wish to change your main hospital, you can change it immediately.. If you have a Premier membership, you can change your main hospital as well as subscribe to other hospitals that can also be swapped for your main hospital.
