Thank you for asking about the MyHospital® App. In order to tell if a colleague is active, you need to go to “Settings” and then click on the “Check-in/out Notifications” option. From there you can manually turn on “Receive Team member notifications.” If at any point you no longer wish to receive notifications about when a colleague is active, you can follow the same steps to turn the notifications off. 

If you are still experiencing problems viewing your colleagues’ active status, please double-check your membership status as this feature is only available to those with a Premier membership. Your membership can be upgraded at any point by going to settings (gear symbol in upper left hand corner) and clicking the Account button and selecting the My Membership tab.
