Thank you for asking about the MyHospital® App. If you are not able to see the full directory of a hospital, you might have to see if the hospital is added to your dashboard. You can only view the full directory of a hospital once it’s been added to your favorites. If you have more than one hospital you’d like to view but still can’t see the directory, please double-check your membership status.
Those with a Basic membership are allowed only one free hospital to be added as their main hospital, while those with a Premier membership can add as many hospitals as they paid for in their membership plan. Your membership can be upgraded at any point by going to settings (gear symbol in upper left hand corner) and clicking the Account button and selecting the My Membership tab.
